Do you accept Credit Cards?

Yes, we accept VISA and DINNERS. You can also pay reservation fee using Pay Pal. ATM machines are all over the city and close from the hotel if you need to pay in cash. . Travel checks are charged with a 3% cost of transaction. We accept local money, dollars and euros.

Can I pay in dollars or euros?

Yes, we accept both, your bill is in local soles and based on the daily exchange rate, you can pay in dollars or euros.

Can we extend our reservation?

Usually yes, but please advise at least 12 hours in advance.  We only have 25 rooms.

Do you have special rates for groups, long term staying or Agencies.

Yes. we have group discounts for 4 rooms & up. A special rate for 4 & up days available. Tour Operators, Volunteer Organizations and Eco Travel Organizations are welcome, please ask for our special plans.

Are taxis from station safe?

They are safe if you take taxis in the parking area of the station. Be aware, besides charging you the service, taxis will charge charge us 50% of room rate as commission. To avoid this abuse, please tell our Front Desk, at your arrival, you asked the taxi driver to come to CasaDeAvila, we will appreciate it and offer you an American breakfast for free.

Are you categorized?

Categorization is not obligatory in Perú. We prefer to be judged by our gests. And according to their comments our service is highly rated and apreciated.  Please do not expect luxury or fancy things, it´s not our style, sorry.
